Please contact shopeptides.com within 14 days of shipment for a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning your product to shopeptides.com. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RA number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RA number: customer name, order number, and the reason for the return. Once an item arrives at shopeptides.com, we will immediately send a replacement or issue a refund. Returns must be made within 15 days of Return Authorization being provided. Shipping charges: Original shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges on returned products are the responsibility of the customer. MacMall will match the shipping method and pay for shipping charges on replacement or exchange products. We strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage

All the buyer need to Provide a real and effective address and telephone number. The clearance delay, cargo loss and other consequences caused by the buyer’s contact info error, the buyer had to bear all the consequences. We don’t refund if the shipping delay caused by buyer.   1. We will ship the goods within 5days after get your payments. If you want to cancel or change order, please tell me within 24hours after you finish the payment. So we both can make the best of the bad bargain.
  2. We will ship the goods that you order from us by EMS, DHL, UPS, TNT or FedEx.We will decide to choose which courier depend on Different countries. To find the best way to deliver the goods for you.

You can access your Shopping Basket at any time by clicking on the “Basket” button at the top right of any of our pages. Every item in your Shopping Basket has a “Delete” link next to its picture. Clicking this link removes the item from your Shopping Basket completely.

For each item you have in your Shopping Cart you’ll see a box showing the quantity. If you’d like to change the amount for any of the items, enter the new amount in the box and click the “update” link underneath it.

The customer is responsible for knowing all shipping regulations in their own country. If a package does get seized or is held, we will try to resend the package once at our expense, as a courtesy to the customer.If the second attempt is unsuccessful, we will bear no further responsibility. We have not yet had a case where two shipments to the same customer have been seized by customs. We’re sorry, but we cannot issue refunds for seized shipments.
