1.What happens if my package is seized by customs?
The customer is responsible for knowing all shipping regulations in their own country. If a package does get seized or is held, we will try to resend the package once at our expense, as a courtesy to the customer. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, we will bear no further responsibility. We have not yet had a case where two shipments to the same customer have been seized by customs. We’re sorry, but we cannot issue refunds for seized shipments.
2.We did ship to these countries as following?
Asia: Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines.
North America: USA,Canada.
European: France, UK, Belgium, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Ireland, Italy, Austria, Netherland, Hungary
Africa: South Africa.
Canada and USA Post will not leave a package on your doorstep if you are not home to receive it. Instead they’ll leave you a note with an address to the closest Postal Outlet where you can pick up your package.
